Is this seasonal or permanent?

I am puzzled by this. Plant's has had two stores open seasonally for several years--one across from Shaws, next to the fresh farm store, and the old one on rt. 209. shortly before the causeway to Phippsburg. The one across from Shaw's has been the one that closed in the winter. But the address on the sign seems to indicate that one as being open, perhaps because parking is so much more accessible. i can't tell from the picture which of the two stores it is--but the highway alongside would seem to indicate that it is the old one on Rt 209
