Katy MacKay at Pomodoro Rosso

This picture was taken by available light in a very dark Italian restaurant. Most of the light came from a candle on the table in front of us. The exposure was f/1.4 at 1/11th of a second at ISO 1250. But it shows how wonderful Katy looks, so pay no mind to the chromatic noise. Back home I have some software that can clean up the image quite a bit, but who cares?

I ordered almond-crusted grouper with carrots and leeks; Katy had a salmon dish that was so yummy she took the leftovers home. We split a bottle of 2002 Joseph Phelps Insignia Cabernet (eat your heart out, Vanessa and Joe).
